- Commitment to You
•Rex Physiotherapy will provide a patient centred service. The patient will be foremost in our clinical planning and business decisions.
•Patients will receive a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable response to all enquiries.
•Patients will receive services and treatments that are appropriate and responsive to their needs. This will be jointly agreed with a patient, planned and individually designed to meet their lifestyle, activities, abilities, limitations and health level.
•The expectations, needs and aspirations of patients’ relatives and carers will always be fully considered, discussed and implemented in conjunction with the patient’s consent.
•It is accepted that not all goals will be realised, Rex Physiotherapy, however, will pursue the best possible outcome for every patient in all circumstances.
•Rex Physiotherapy will utilise appropriate referral sources. Any patient requiring expertise that is outside of our capabilities will receive advice on how to contact the appropriate professional.
•Patients will be enabled to provide feedback easily with access to our complaints procedure and patient survey, copies of which are available on this site.
•All physiotherapists will be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and all staff members who are not physiotherapists will be affiliated to the relevant UK governing body. www.hpc-uk.org
•During home visits, staff will never call without prior arrangement with a patient. All staff will present a nationally recognised form of identification that carries a photograph. Additionally, they will carry their Health and Care Professions Council registration.
•A patient can refuse a treatment without prejudice.
